What this tool does

One invoice draft in EUR, USD or GBP, up to 25 line items. You supply business details, numbering, dates and tax rates. The output is a draft, not a certified tax document or compliant electronic invoice. No sending, bookkeeping, payment collection or tax advice is provided. Check requirements applicable to your business before issuing an invoice.

Review and permissions

Provide only information you are authorised to use and that the task needs. Do not submit credentials, identity documents, card details, medical information or child profiles. You retain your rights in supplied materials and exports, subject to third-party rights in the sources. A generated document does not certify source accuracy or legal compliance. Check names, facts, calculations, requirements and output before sharing. No employment, financial, revenue or legal-compliance outcome is guaranteed.

Free current release

Preparation and the offered downloads are free. No checkout or automatic subscription is enabled in this release. Your separate ChatGPT plan, internet service and usage limits are governed by their providers. Our hosting, database, email and other costs remain ours. No additional paid AI-model call is made by this tool. Browser-local editing and hosted ChatGPT tool calls have different data flows. See Privacy.

Errors and rights

Report errors with the tool name and a fictional reproduction. Availability may change. These free-tool terms do not activate a separate paid order or change an existing accepted order. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Nothing excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, fraud or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No blanket refund waiver or exclusive foreign court requirement is imposed.
